Yoga serves as a transformative practice that facilitates a deep and holistic connection to the womb. Through targeted poses and mindful breathwork, yoga encourages heightened awareness of the pelvic region, creating a profound connection with the womb space.
We will practice different asanas, such as hip-opening postures, gently nurture and supporting the reproductive organs, promoting circulation and vitality.
Practices like meditation and visualisation create an intentional connection with the womb, a sense of empowerment and will nurture the emotional well-being associated with this sacred space.
