Sports Massage Therapy
My aim is to help rehabilitate people back to full health after injury through deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and PIR stretching. Providing regular maintenance massage can also reduce the rate of injury. Keeping the muscles of my clients in good condition is important to me, so I provide personal plans to help maintain the health of each of my clients.
All new Clients must book in for a consultation and assessment first. from then on I offer 30min, 60min or 90min sessions.
Myofascial Dry Cupping
The fascia is the clingfilm like substance that surrounds your muscles. Often it’s the fascia which restricts the muscle from its full range of motion, causing tightness and muscle shortness.
In its healthiest state, fascia is elastic and flexible, providing lubrication between structures, allowing muscles to glide freely, and even contributing to metabolic processes and neural function.
During Myofascial Dry Cupping the fascia is lifted up allowing it to become lubricated by oxygenated blood and nutrients. This in turn establishes healthy fascia functioning as well as releasing any muscular aches.
Included in a sports Therapy treatment if required and asked for. Ask in session.
