WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?

Yoga Nidra is all about helping you find deep relaxation, almost hypnotic. One hour of Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours sleep. Each class begins with a body scan to get you into a deep relaxed state; where the conscious and sub-conscious mind can unify. Once in this state, we can start to rewire the brain to stimulate healthier habits eg, self love, gratitude, positivity and creativity.

The brain is something that really fascinates me. After reading many books and partaking in many courses on the power of the mind, I have witnessed how Nidra has made an amazing and positive influences on my clients’ outlook on life and physical health.

Nidra can improve your immune system; your brain contains Neuropeptides which sends signals to depress the immune system when you think negatively, likewise when you think positively it send signals to enhance the immune system. During Nidra I help you rewire your brain to think better about yourself, your life and the world around you, thus Enhancing your immune system. The possibilities on how Nidra can help you are endless from improving memory, physical health and reducing anxiety.
