ONLINE Self-Massage + Stretching Class (Legs)

The popular workshop is back for 4weeks of full body self care.


During these series of workshops I will talk you through self massage techniques that mimic in-person techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy and MET therapy.


You will need a tennis ball/massage ball and a belt/yoga belt/tea towel as a stretching aid.


£8 a session or £26 for all 4 workshops.


These sessions are in partnership with @indulgdancefitness who is offering a weeks free pass to her online fitness membership to any of my clients who join.
