We are now in a era where we live in such a fast pace society our mental health has started to suffer. Mind body connection is a fact, and it’s been proven that many illnesses like heart attack’s, strokes, cancer can be bought on due to stress. This is something I feel very passionate about which is why I went on a retreat so that I could learn how to help people suffering with stress and anxiety through the magic of yoga.
This 6week course is open to all ages and abilities.
Starting 8/02/2020-Saturday’s 10-12:30.
You will be provided with worksheets in order to journal your progress over the 6 weeks.
The course involves yoga, meditation, mindfulness, musical therapy, group discussions, Nidra and wisdom cards.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat, pillow, blanket, pen and an open mind. (I will have some spares of each)
